- Molecular diagnosis and characterization of:
- Some viruses such as Avian influenza, Newcastle disease, Rift valley fever, FMD, Bluetongue, PPR, West Nile virus, Zika virus, Coronaviruses, etc.
- Bacteria such as Avian pathogenic E. coli, Salmonella, H. pylori, and other AMR bacteria.
- External and Blood Parasites such as Ticks, Leishmania, Malaria, Trypanosoma, etc.
- Epidemiology of Zoonotic Diseases.
- Molecular diagnosis and characterization of:
- National Projects: Currently 4 national projects were approved by the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research:
- Monitoring migratory and resident wild birds in Libya as an early warning system for zoonotic diseases.
- Improving the health and quality of milk production of small ruminants (sheep and goats) and camels.
- Study of vectors of human and animal diseases in Libya.
- Mapping of Tumors in Libya – New Approach for Cancer Treatment.
